So at last Nick has put a Blog on my site - and now I'm going to use it!

I have spent the last few weeks making some fantastic cakes - there are some great ideas out there and I really love a challenge. I really loved making the Land Rover it had a real WOW factor even if I say so myself!

It has been a real test of my baking skills to cook fresh Devon Splits for each course but they are so nice when baked fresh and eaten still warm from the oven with local clotted cream and my home made strawberry jam - (so much for the diet)

I am starting the new bread course soon - watch this space and the cake decoration course will also be starting soon - I will let you all know more as soon as I have all the plans in place.
